TEMP 90 D

from 10 to 90°C and is available with heating capacity 4,5 - 9
kW as standard.
Temp 90D is direct cooled which makes the unit ideal for
processes where low temperatures and high cooling
capacities are required.Temp 90D is fitted with a compact
pump positioned outside the tank, which is highly insulated
against heat loss. The electronic control monitors the water
level in the tank and the automatic filling.Just like the other
models in the Temp range Temp 90D is as an option available
with integral connection to the production machine or
alternatively with a remote control box for easy setting and
adjustment of the operating and diagnostic parameters.

FOODTEMP 95 compact

from 10 to 95°C and is available with a heating capacity of 4,5
kW as standard. FoodTemp 95 is highly insulated against
thermal loss and all components in contact with the medium
are made of rust-proof materials. The pump is submerged in
the tank and this pump construction without rotating seal
ensures a non-leaking pump. The electronic control monitors
the water level in the tank and the automatic
filling. The electrical circuit box etc is made to IP66
classification.

THERMINUS 95

thermal loss and all components in contact with the medium
are made of rustproof materials.The electronic control
monitors the water level in the tank and the automatic
filling.Temp 95 vac is fitted with a special integral push-pull
system using both pressure and vacuum in one circuit
enabling efficient temperature control in the event of even the
largest leaks.The system also includes the mould draining
facility which provides a thorough
draining of the mould and hoses before changing the mould.

MAGNETIC basic

is operating with pressurized water as the circulation medium
in the temperature range from 10 to 160°C.The unit is supplied
with a default heating capacity from 4.5 to 9kW. The pump is
magnetically joined, which means that possible problems with
shaft seal are avoided.In addition, Magnetic is equipped with a
pressurized tank in stainless steel and also with a booster
pump ensuring a constant pressure.All components in contact
with the medium are produced in materials that cannot rust.
The control unit monitors
the water level in the tank and ensures automatic fill-up.

TEMP 150

range from 30 to 150°C.Temp 150 is available with heating
capacities 3, 6 or 9 kW as standard.Temp 150 is heavily
insulated against thermal loss and the insulation of the tank is
unaffected by any oil overflow. The pump is submerged
directly into the oil tank and the pump construction without a
rotating shaft seal ensures
a non-leaking pump.The oil level in the tank is controlled
electronically and in case of too low level the pump and the
heating elements automatically cut-out

TEMP 300

from 30 to 200°C or from 30 to 300°C. The desired
temperature range must be indicated when placing the
order.Temp 300 is available with heating capacities from 6 to
36 kW as standard. Temp 300 is heavily insulated against
thermal loss and the insulation of the tank is not affected by
any oil overflow.
The low temperature in the expansion tank ensures an
extended oil life. The pump is submerged directly into the oil
tank and the pump construction
without rotating shaft seal ensures a nonleaking pump. The oil
level in the tank is controlled electronically and in case of too
low level the pump and the heating elements automatically cut
out.Temp 300 is available as an option with vac-system,
which automatically reduces the pressure in the process and
offers the possibility of automatic mould draining before
changing the mould.
