The leasing period is minimum 3 months. The charge for the period is calculated on one invoice for every 3 months.

If you choose to buy the unit after the leasing period – the following terms apply: 
- if you buy within the first 3 months - the entire leasing amount is refunded.
- if you buy within 12 months - 50% of the leasing amount is refunded
- the temperature controller remains the property of BOE−THERM until a  
  possible purchase is completed
