The ergonomic conveyor table is an essential element in our customer’s complete production line. It is used in the gluing
process of objects. The quality is extremely important. The complex gluing process is a science in itself and has contributed
to make this project exciting. The idea behind the worktable has been to develop a uniform resting and exposure period, as
well as an ergonomically correct workstation.

The worktable was developed in close dialogue with the customer.

Length: 5100 mm
Width: 1000 mm
Hydraulic adjustable height: 825/1250mm
Option: Customized length.
The frequency controller ensures that the set value of the resting period is correct. Furthermore, the conveyor functions as a buffer for finished objects. It comes with a fully integrated and height-adjustable UV lighting cabinet. The worktable has been constructed using Boe-Therm standard components and the conveyor has been tested, run in and approved before delivery.
